Designed to sit on top of a table but can also stand on the floor – it’s just not very tall, so it's better suited for toddler parties, pet celebrations, or where a lower display works best. You can choose the balloon colours to match your theme.. for an additional charge you have the option to add things like; Personalised disc with a name, age or message Flowers to match your colour scheme Small foil balloons like stars, hearts or themed shapes We’re based in Ripley, Derbyshire and offer hire within a 20-mile radius. Hire Options: Collect and return the hoop/ring yourself this works out cheaper for you. A refundable deposit is required and returned on the safe return of the hoop.
