I truly believe, when you support a small business, it's not just about the products; it's about connecting with people. At the heart of it all, it's about trust and relatability. It's about knowing that behind every purchase, there are real people who genuinely care about what they do,

With this in mind, let me share a bit about myself.  You may have already gathered, I'm Louise. My husband John, whom many of my customers have likely met, jokingly refers to himself as my delivery driver, but he's so much more than that. We're proud parents to two grown-up children, Lauren and Luke, who never cease to make me proud. We also have a fur baby, who demands a lot of attention but is dearly loved. My guiding light and greatest inspiration has always been my mum, who, though no longer with us, continues to shape who I am today.

What makes me stand out and why you can trust me? Well, not only am I professionally trained and fully insured, but I've also been immersed in the party and balloon industry for over 15 years, gathering a wealth of knowledge along the way. But beyond that, I genuinely care. I understand first-hand how challenging it can be to organize a party.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is witnessing the joy through your amazing photos with our products, reading your heartfelt messages, or seeing the happiness on your face once you've witnessed your creations.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is when people who've worked with me before recommend me to others. It means a lot when they tag me in posts or share my content. Their support really warms my heart and makes a big difference for my business.
